FAQ

1. What materials are used in your products?

All of our products are crafted from 100% organic cotton and 100% recycled extra-fine merino wool. We have deliberately chosen these materials because they represent the most responsible options available—organic cotton is grown without pesticides or harmful substances, and recycled wool gives new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste. Every garment we offer is made with certified organic materials and non-toxic dyes, so you can feel confident about what you’re wearing and what went into making it.

2. What makes your products different from conventional clothing?

The difference starts with how we think about clothing. We don’t believe in fast fashion, planned obsolescence, or seasonal trends that encourage disposable consumption. Instead, we create timeless essentials designed to last—pieces that transcend seasons and trends, so you can wear them for years to come. Our garments feature no logos or branding, because we believe in letting your personal style shine through rather than advertising a label. We also offer our products in an extensive range of colors, giving you the freedom to express yourself while making responsible choices.

3. Are your products truly sustainable?

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do, and we approach it with honesty and transparency. We don’t pretend our impact is zero—making clothes always has an environmental footprint. But we are committed to reducing that footprint in every way possible. We use certified organic and recycled materials, environmentally friendly dyes, and FSC® certified paper and recycled plastics in our packaging. Our production model emphasizes waste reduction through garment dyeing (which means products are dyed to order rather than in bulk), precise laser cutting to minimize fabric waste, and recycling of leftover materials. We are also a certified B Corporation™, having met rigorous third-party standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

4. Where are your products made?

All of our products are crafted in Portugal. We produce in our own manufacturing center and nearby partner workshops, which allows us to maintain consistent oversight of quality, working conditions, and environmental impact. We chose Portugal because the country has a long history of high-quality textile production, and keeping production within Europe means we operate under European labor laws that protect worker rights. Every supplier is covered by EU labor law, ensuring fair employment conditions throughout our supply chain.

5. What does “garment dyed” mean and why does it matter?

Garment dyeing is a process where products are first manufactured and then dyed according to demand. This approach significantly reduces waste because we can produce larger quantities of garments without committing to a specific color upfront and without wasting dye on unsold inventory. The dyes we use are 100% environmentally friendly and Oeko-Tex certified, so you get vibrant, long-lasting colors without compromising the planet’s well-being. This is just one of the many ways we work to minimize waste throughout our production process.

6. How should I care for my garments to make them last?

To ensure your garments remain beautiful and durable for years, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down natural fibers over time. Air drying is always preferable to machine drying, as it preserves the integrity of the fabric and reduces energy consumption. Following these simple care instructions will help your pieces maintain their shape, color, and quality for many seasons to come—which is exactly what timeless essentials are meant to do.

7. Do you offer products in different sizes and styles?

Yes. Our collection includes a range of wardrobe staples designed to be versatile and inclusive. From classic crewneck sweatshirts and T-shirts to shorts and other essentials, our pieces are created with a timeless, gender-neutral design philosophy that works for everyone. The clean, understated aesthetic means our garments can be easily styled for any occasion—dressed up or down, layered or worn on their own.

We believe the fashion industry’s seasonal model encourages overconsumption, waste, and a disposable mindset that is harmful to both people and the planet. Instead of chasing fleeting trends, we create timeless pieces that remain relevant year after year. This approach not only reduces waste but also helps you build a wardrobe of high-quality essentials that you truly love and will wear repeatedly. We’re here to raise the standards of the industry, not to perpetuate the cycle of buy-wear-discard.

9. How can I be sure your products are ethically made?

Transparency is fundamental to how we operate. We produce in our own factory and nearby partner workshops in Portugal, which allows us to maintain full visibility into every stage of production. All of our workers are covered by European labor laws, which guarantee fair wages, safe working conditions, and reasonable hours. Beyond legal requirements, we strive to create a comfortable and supportive work environment with amenities like break areas, shared transportation for employees, and recreational activities. We welcome anyone to visit our facilities and see our process firsthand—we have nothing to hide.

10. What is B Corp certification and why does it matter?

B Corp certification is a third-party verification that evaluates a company’s entire business—including governance, workers, environment, community, and customers. It goes beyond product-level claims to assess how a business operates as a whole. Certified B Corporations commit to high standards of social and environmental performance and to balancing purpose with profit by considering the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders. Our B Corp certification reinforces our commitment to responsible production, long-term thinking, and transparency across our supply chain.

11. What is the philosophy behind your brand?

We believe that clothing should be made with care and respect—for the people who make it, for the planet we all share, and for the customers who wear it. We’re on a mission to show that responsible fashion doesn’t have to be complicated or inaccessible. Our approach is built on three principles: using the best materials possible, producing ethically and transparently, and creating timeless designs that last. We’re not here to tick boxes or follow trends—we’re here to do better, always.

12. What should I do if I have more questions?

We’re always happy to help. Our customer success team is dedicated to providing thoughtful, personal assistance with any questions you may have about our products, materials, or practices. We genuinely care about your experience and welcome your feedback, suggestions, and honest questions. After all, transparency and openness are at the heart of everything we do.
